Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced dividend of the last FY.
The board of directors meeting of the company held on March 5 decided to propose 13.89382 percent stock and 0.73125 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
Nepal Micro Insurance has allotted recently issued initial pubic offering on March 7 in the premises of NIMB Ace Capital, issue manager of the company.
