The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 15 percent cash dividend including tax. Moreover, the meeting will approve CSR fund and delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association.
In this regard, the company will close its book on April 30, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till April 29 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announce dividend.
