Peoples Power (PPL) has obtained approval from Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue right share on May 16.
The company is issuing 50 percent right shares of its paid-up capital. Accordingly, the company will issue 3,163,000 units of shares at a face value of Rs 100 amounting to Rs 316.3 million.
The company has appointed Prabhu Capital as issue manager.
The gold and silver price have increased on June 21.
