The company issued 3,296,505.19 units of ordinary shares at a face value of Rs 100 per unit from May 28- June 3.
In the issue, a total of 2,074,285 applicants applied for 24,117,480 units of shares, out of which, 14,897 applications were cancelled while 2,059,388 applications were approved.
Given that, the issue was oversubscribed, the allotment took place as per Securities Issuance and Allotment Guidelines. Under the guideline, 329,650 applicants were provided 10 units of shares. The remaining 5.19 units were allotted among six applicants, among which, five of them were provided one unit and one applicant was provided 0.19 units.
