The gold price has declined while the silver price has increased on August 13.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the price of fine gold has been set at Rs 306,200 per tola today.The gold price decreased by Rs 500 compared to yesterday. The price of fine gold was Rs 306,700 per tola on August 12.Similarly, the silver price has decreased by Rs to Rs 4,750 per tola on the day. The silver price was Rs 4,745 per tola on August 12.
Commercial banks have announced new interest rates for the month of Bhadra. Due to the high liquidity in the banking system, the average interest rate of deposits has further declined in the month of Bhadra as compared to Shrawan.
